Career History
After graduating from Liberty University as the "Most Outstanding Graduate of 2002", Nick moved to Cincinnati, Ohio with his wife Karla. During his first year in Cincinnati he was employed by PNC Bank in their Small Business Banking/Commercial Lending Group.
While at PNC, he performed financial analysis of business operations to insure they were sufficiently capitalized and specialized in the financing of owner-occupied commercial real estate. At PNC he developed a prospecting call and contact strategy that quickly enabled him to lead the Ohio, Kentucky, and Indiana region in sales and bank revenue.
After ten years with a major real estate brokerage firm, Nick decided to start a boutique commercial real estate company focused on who he likes to work with best — local owners, sellers, entrepreneurs, and companies. Republic Commercial Real Estate is focused on the local market and enjoys working with locally vested organizations and owners.
Industry Achievements
- In 2010 Nick finished in the top ten among his regional peers in Cassidy Turley's production recognition.
- In 2009, 2008, and 2007 Nick was honored as one of CTMT's Top Four Producers.
- In 2006 Nick was recognized as the 'Rising Star' among his peers across the country.
- He was also given the 'Most Improved Broker' award in 2005 and the 'Ironman' award in 2010.

- Represented Landrum & Brown in the relocation of their headquarter office to 24,117 SF at 4445 Lake Forest Drive in Blue Ash, Ohio.
- Represented Horan Associates in the relocation of their Dayton office from the Stratacache Tower to 7475 Paragon Road in Dayton, Ohio.
- Represented Tri-County Baptist Church in the disposition of their 42 acre campus in West Chester, Ohio to Cincinnati Christian Schools.
- Represented CareStar in the relocation of their 22,223 SF headquarters from Green Township to Blue Ash, Ohio.
- Represented 1100 Sycamore Street in the leasing of 64,000 SF+ of creative office space in Over-the-Rhine, Ohio.
- Represented Savmar Ltd. in the disposition of their 26,000 SF office building in West Chester, Ohio.
Education
Colorado State University, 1997
Liberty University, B.S., 2002 — Nick received the "Most Outstanding Graduate" award in 2002 for athletic and academic leadership.
Nick served as captain of his football team during his senior year at Liberty University and was awarded the Luke 2:52 Award (the top honor for a Liberty University football player).
While at Colorado State University, he helped his team win the Holiday Bowl and Western Athletic Conference Championship. Nick was elected President of the Financial Management Association of Liberty University.
Community Leadership
- Passionate about organically raising chickens, geese, ducks, turkeys, bees, and goats.
- Served as a head coach for the Lakota Stallions 3rd Grade White Team.
- Worked to provide live streaming video of services held at his former church, Hallelujah Side Baptist Church in Dayton, Ohio.
- Provides weekly video services for Emmanuel Baptist Church of Edgewater, Colorado.
- Active member of the OrangeTheory fitness community. Fall 2024 & Spring 2025 DriTri Regional Champion, proudly representing the OrangeTheory Fairfield Township studio.
