Career History
While finishing his real estate education, Edward worked as an Area Sales Consultant for DS Waters of America Inc. His responsibilities included prospecting new clients and developing relationships with customers to explore additional business needs. Edward mastered the ability to identify a need and align the customer with the best product.
In February of 2016, Edward was promoted to a position of Area Sales Consultant with a focus on increasing sales. He also managed a portfolio with annual revenues in excess of $350,000. The portfolio was comprised of clients across the Cincinnati, Indiana and Kentucky divisions.
Major Transactions
- Represented Blue Ash Executive Center in leasing twelve (12) individual offices at 9420 Towne Square Avenue in downtown Blue Ash, Ohio.
- Represented BTC, LLC in leasing 100% of 8354 Princeton Glendale Road, West Chester, Ohio after much difficulty in prior leasing efforts.
- Represented Angel Scapes in the purchase of a 9.45 acre site at 2116 Timber Lane, Goshen, Ohio for a new headquarters.
- Represented M-Tec Systems Inc. in the purchase of new Headquarters at 12077 Sheraton Lane in Springdale, Ohio.
- Represented Kulkarni Properties in the sale of 305 West Fifth Street, Cincinnati, Ohio 45202.
- Represented Alpha Pro Investments, LLC in the sale of 1500 Goodman Avenue, Cincinnati, Ohio.
- Represented Life Forward in the sale of property at 1608 Sundale Avenue in Cincinnati, Ohio.
Education
Hondros School of Business, 2016 — Edward received multiple certifications in Finance, Real Estate Appraisal, Real Estate Law and received his State of Ohio Real Estate License.
Rock Valley College, 2005–2008 — Business Administration with a minor in Computer Science. While attending Rock Valley, Edward participated and played two years of college football as an offensive and defensive lineman.
