Career History

Douglas started his real estate career in 1998. Prior to this, Douglas worked in Warsaw, Poland helping create Poland's first westernized video retail chain.

Douglas is a graduate of The Ohio State University and is a licensed real estate agent. He has navigated complex transactions involving multiple factors like tenant negotiations, construction budgets, and long-term financing — bringing a personalized approach to each client's needs.

Major Transactions

  • In the last year on behalf of his clients, Douglas was responsible for transactions in excess of $15 million dollars.
  • Represented Liberty Medical in the acquisition, leasing, construction loan and permanent non-recourse financing of a 34,000 sq. ft. medical building located at 7335 Yankee Road, Liberty Township, Ohio.
  • Represented EPHS Investments II in the sale of two industrial warehouses to two separate buyers without the use of brokers. The properties are located at 1050 and 1020 Laidlaw Avenue, Cincinnati, Ohio.
  • Represented EPHS Investments in the leasing of 77,000 sq. ft. of industrial space to West Chester Holdings. The property is located at 203 Garver Road, Monroe, Ohio.
  • Without having to file a complaint with the real estate board of revisions, successfully negotiated a reduction of over $1.7 million in tax valuation on behalf of the client.
  • In addition to negotiating the lease, represented the owner of a parcel of ground that required access and parking easements with a municipality in order to satisfy the contingencies in the lease agreement with a national bank.
