Beth Harlamert

Beth Harlamert brings over four decades of real estate expertise to Republic Commercial Real Estate, specializing in property management representing institutional clients, REITs, partnerships, and individual property owners across all asset types — Multi-Family, Commercial Office, Medical Office, Retail, and Industrial.

Beth's primary focus is project management specific to capital and tenant improvements, along with lease negotiations for new tenants and existing lease retention. Her depth of experience and client-first approach make her an invaluable resource for owners and investors throughout Southwest Ohio and Northern Kentucky.

Beth began her career as a leasing agent for multi-family apartment properties in 1979, advancing to Resident Manager and then District Manager. In 1984, she founded her own property management company in Dayton, OH focused on multi-family portfolio management, and successfully developed a 160-unit apartment community from ground acquisition through construction.

Returning to Cincinnati in the late 1990s, Beth transitioned her focus to the commercial real estate sector. A notable achievement includes stabilizing a 57,000 SF multi-tenant office building to 92% occupancy, marketing the property for sale, negotiating the sale price, and facilitating a successful closing on behalf of the client.
